OVO Energy wanted to help customers to give meter reads by installing smart meters in their home for free. I researched the customer service data and translated the insights into an app for mobile users to streamline bookings and reduce calls to customer service.

Led a team to improve the user experience of the energy usage section on a SaaS platform by visualizing data for customers. Introduced a discovery-led approach through regular research and testing sessions.

Led the design for a project connecting IoT start-ups with on-site mentoring. Conducted research and created a user-centric experience, resulting in a website showcasing programs and success stories, and a dashboard with guides, resources, and a community hub.
